During this 30-minute session, we’ll discuss your target audience, learning objectives, and the specific business problems you’re looking to solve. It’s all about ensuring we’re a perfect fit for your project goals.

Following our call, we’ll outline a tailored roadmap for your project. This includes a clear scope of work, a detailed timeline and a transparent budget. You’ll know exactly what to expect and when each milestone will be reached before we move forward.

Before building the full course, we create a "Proof of Concept." This is a small, functional sample of your module that showcases the visual style, typography, and interactive elements. It’s your first look at how the final product will feel and function.

This is where the learning strategy comes to life. We map out every slide, interaction, and script beat in a detailed storyboard. We’ll collaborate on the content flow to ensure the instruction is engaging, pedagogically sound, and aligned with your objectives.

Once the storyboard is approved, we move into Articulate Storyline or Rise 360 to build the high-fidelity module. We’ll develop custom interactions, integrate multimedia, and program the technical logic that makes your training truly interactive and effective.

In the final phase, we conduct rigorous QA testing to ensure everything runs smoothly. We’ll then provide you with the published SCORM or xAPI files ready for your LMS, along with the original source files for your records and future updates.
