We primarily build in Articulate Storyline 360 (for high-end interactivity and custom logic) and Articulate Rise (for sleek, modern, mobile-responsive layouts). We also use the Adobe Creative Suite for custom asset creation and AI-powered video tools for realistic avatars and voiceovers.

Yes! We are familiar with most major platforms. We can handle the upload, configuration, and "sandbox" testing to ensure the SCORM or xAPI reporting is working perfectly before you go live.

Yes. We design with inclusivity in mind, adhering to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. This includes screen-reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, closed captioning, and high-contrast visuals.

Timeline depends on the "Level" of the course:

• Rapid Conversion (PPT to Rise): 2–3 weeks.

• Standard Interactive Course: 4–6 weeks.

• Complex Simulation/Branching: 8+ weeks.

Note: These timelines include a standard 2-round review process.

All we need is your "source material"—this could be a PowerPoint deck, a messy Word doc, a PDF handbook, or even a recording of a live training session. We’ll take it from there!

Absolutely. We don't just "plug and play." We apply your brand’s style guide, colours and fonts to ensure the course looks like a seamless extension of your company’s internal tools.

Because every project is unique, we offer tiered pricing*:

• Level 1 (Basic/Informational): starts at $2,000.

• Level 2 (Interactive/Audio): starts at $7,000

• Level 3 (High Complexity/Simulations): $15,000+.

*Prices will vary and are conditional on course duration, word count and number of modules required.

We also offer competitive day rates for instructional design consultancy.

There are no recurring fees. Once we deliver the SCORM package and the source files, you own them 100%. We only charge recurring fees if you opt into a Maintenance Retainer for future content updates or troubleshooting.
